American hip-hop artist Meek Mill, born Robert Rihmeek Williams, has recently revealed his plan to pursue Ghanaian citizenship, attributing his decision to the systemic obstacles encountered by Black individuals in the United States.

The renowned artist in a tweet on March 4th, shared his aspiration for a new beginning, emphasising his belief that America is structured to marginalize Black men who refuse to conform.

He tweeted “I wanna get citizenship in Ghana!!!! America made to tear Black men if they don’t follow orders”
