Ghanaian actor, radio/TV personality and showbiz entrepreneur George Quaye has in an interview advised his fellow industry stake holders on their relationship with creatives.
According to George Quaye on 3 Music TV’s morning show dubbed Culture Daily, event organizers, event agents/agencies and stake holders in the entertainment industry should learn to accord artiste managers with the kind of respect they give the artiste.
Further more, he explained that in order to prevent backstage misunderstandings at event grounds on the day of event which distort the energy of the event and later damages interpersonal relationship with the artiste, it is important to go through the right channel of communication when working with the artist which their management.
George Quaye explained that, some people take advantage of their personal direct links with the artiste to deal bookings and event/business related affairs which is totally a wrong thing to do and mostly comes with serious consequences when it goes wrong.
